Note for Marina: these terms are placeholders. Before launch we need your actual policy on deposits, cancellations, rescheduling for weather or cenote conditions, and how clients may use their images.

Bookings

Sessions and retreats are confirmed once a deposit is received. Dates are held only after confirmation. (Deposit amount to be confirmed.)

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cenote and open-water conditions depend on weather and visibility. If a session cannot safely go ahead, we will reschedule it at no additional cost. (Client-initiated cancellation terms to be confirmed.)

Your images

You receive your edited images for personal use. (Whether Marin may use images for portfolio or promotion — and how clients opt out — to be confirmed.)
